Terms and conditions of the participation in the Sixth International Insurance Conference which is to be held on May 14-16, 2008, in the city of Ekaterinburg

Registration fee:

If the participation fee is paid before March 15, 2008 the whole sum is 37 760 rubles

( taxes are included).

If the participation fee is paid after March 15, 2008 the whole sum is 40 120 rubles

( taxes are included).

The following events are included in the participation fee:

• Participation in all business and cultural events of the Conference

• Information materials

• Gala dinner, dinners and coffee brakes during the Conference

• Admittance to the Conference electronic catalogue

• Excursion.

Transport expenditures and hotel accommodation are not included into the registration fee.

Agreement and account are sent upon receiving one’s application for participation.

In case the refusal of the participation in the Conference occurs more than 30 days before its beginning, the Conference organizers have the right to withhold 75per cent of the registration fee.

The organizers can substitute the participants upon receiving the written advance notification but not later than 15 days before the Conference begins.
