On May 14-16, 2008 the All-Russian Insurance Association is to hold
the Sixth Annual International Insurance Conference
in the city of Ekaterinburg at the Business Exhibition Center of the Atrium Palace Hotel
Wednesday, May 14
Arrival of participants and their hotel accommodation in the Ekaterinburg hotels
All participants are to book their routes separately
Most of the participants will be accommodated in the Atrium Palace Hotel

All activities of the Conference will take place in Business Exhibition Center, the Atrium Palace Hotel (BEC). The main entrance to the BEC from Belinsky street.
7 p.m. – gala-dinner in the banquet hall of the Business Exhibition Center, the Atrium Palace Hotel (ground floor)
Thursday, May 15
9 a.m. – 9.45 a.m. – registration of the participants in the hall of the Business Exhibition Center, the Atrium Palace Hotel
9.45 a.m. - 10.15 a.m. – Opening of the Conference, Welcome speech in the Cinema-conference hall BEC (3rd floor)
10.15 a.m. - 12 a.m. – The first plenary session in the Cinema-conference hall BEC (3rd floor)
12.00 a.m. - 12.30 a.m. – Coffe-break (3rd floor)
12.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. – The second plenary session in the Cinema-conference hall BEC (3rd floor)
2 p.m. - 3 p.m. – Lunch break in the banquet hall of the BEC (ground floor)
3 p.m. – 7 p.m. – Bus city tour. Historical monument - the All Saints Church, Ipatiev house, "Frontier" Europe-Asia (Bus boarding will be on the square at the central entrance of the Atrium Palace Hotel)
7 p.m. – 11 p.m. – For participants will be organized the Urals style special dinner in the Restaurant "USSR". Address: Ekaterinburg Pervomaiskaya St. 27 (Those participants, who have not gone with the excursion, will be picked up by buses at 18.30 from the square at the central entrance of the Atrium Palace Hote)

9.30 a.m. - 11.00 a.m. – The third plenary session in the Cinema-conference hall BEC (3rd floor)
11.00 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. – Ñoffe-break (3rd floor)
11.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. – The fourth plenary session in the Cinema-conference hall BEC (3rd floor)
1 p.m. - 1.30 p.m. – Coffe-break (3rd floor)
1.30 p.m. - 3 p.m. – Round-table discussion in the Cinema-conference hall BEC (3rd floor)
Saturday, May 17
Departure of participants
Information about the Business Exhibition Center
All participants accommodated in the Atrium Palace Hotel can enter all halls and rooms of the Business Exhibition Center through the pass on the second floor of the hotel upon presentation of a special magnetic card with a room number
Other participants accommodated not in the Atrium Palace Hotel can enter halls and rooms of the Business Exhibition Center through the main entrance to the Center, Belinsky Street
